POLICY
The University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) maintains student-related policies at the institution, college and program levels to provide guidance and requirements related to the academic mission. During an academic year, student-related policies may be developed or revised to provide authoritative guidance to faculty and administration related to academic matters.
Policy additions or revisions that do not substantially change a program of study for current students may be implemented at the time of approval provided notice is given to all effective parties. However, policies that substantially change a program curriculum may not automatically be implemented. These policies must be effective for the next academic year.
